MammaMia, our extraordinary specialty coffee blend. This unique blend was created with passion using coffee from four fascinating origins: Peru, Costa Rica, Ethiopia, and Honduras.

MammiaMia is a sensory experience that delights the senses with notes of chocolate and nuts.

Each carefully selected origin contributes uniquely to the creation of MammiaMia. The beans from Peru bring a mellow sweetness, those from Costa Rica offer a fresh, fruity acidity, those from Ethiopia add a floral touch, and those from Honduras lend a pleasant complexity of spices. The combination of these origins creates a surprising blend distinguished by its exceptional quality.

Francesco wanted to balance the blend through the study of new botanical varieties and fermentation methods, thus obtaining a coffee with medium-low acidity and intense notes of chocolate, ripe cherry, caramel, and almond. Dedicated to his mother, who did not appreciate overly acidic coffees, the blend represents a tribute to the women of the coffee world, with beans sourced from farms managed by women that Francesco met and admired during his travels.
