Indonesia - Asman Gayo

Asman Gayo coffee comes from the Aceh region in northern Sumatra, where the plants thrive at elevations between 1,300 and 1,650 meters. A natural process enhances aromatic clarity without sacrificing this land’s iconic body.

Being named Italy’s Best Roaster 2026 inspired us to seek the perfect roast curve for this complex lot. We worked to balance the intensity of cocoa nibs with a nuanced, fruity sweetness reminiscent of cherry preserves and dried plum.

The result is a cup with a long, spicy finish. It’s the perfect coffee for those seeking a sensory adventure, far from classic profiles, yet with all the elegance that only exceptional artisanal roasting can impart.
