Where’s it from

Grown at an elevation of 1730 meters above sea level, Monteblanco farm benefits from its idyllic location in the municipality of Acevedo, nestled near the Cueva de Los Guacharos National Natural Park. Rodrigo Sanchez Valencia, following family tradition, manages the 14-hectare farm, cultivating a diverse range of varieties including Purple Caturra, Geisha, Pink Bourbon, and more. The process begins with the selection of Purple Caturra, known for its versatility and sweetness. The mango washed process involves separating microorganisms from the coffee, cultivating them separately, and then introducing them back into the coffee with added fruit juice for flavor enhancement. After careful fermentation, the coffee undergoes quality checks to ensure optimal Brix degrees and pH levels.
